I would hire Dave and his crew again in a heartbeat. The team was very professional, courteous, on time and there were no significant surprises. The estimate was accurate and they incorporated everything that we asked for. The work was done on time and to a
very high standard. We hired DAR to gut the main floor, remove the existing powder room to expand the kitchen and build an addition in one of the garage bays to house the new powder room, laundry room and mud room. Dave coordinated the sub trades, who also
were excellent. Plumbing was rerouted and hidden within the walls, cabinetry was installed meticulously and the new gas insert, stonework and rustic mantle are beautiful. New flooring throughout is absolutely perfect. We are very pleased with the precise quality
of the work and the professionalism displayed throughout. Mark, Abdul and AJ deserve a huge thank you along with Dave for the work done. When I save enough money, I will have them back to work on the second floor :)

Dave and his crew did a fantastic job finishing my ~1500 sq. ft. open concept remodel with multiple tray ceilings. He was meticulous in his approach, on-time and reliable. Due to pre-existing imperfections of the original structure, I was initially resigned
to the fact that the walls will be off-plumb and not lined up. However, Dave and his crew felt this to be unacceptable and were determined to spend the extra time and effort to fix this beyond the scope of the project, far exceeding my expectations. He was
pleasant, quick and responsive in helping me problem solve unforeseen issues throughout the construction. Overall, a excellent contractor/remodeler who takes great pride in his work. Thank you!

We hired Dave Albert Renovations for multiple projects! Knocked down walls, replaced ceiling, drywall, patched holes, sanding and painted ceilings and walls. Laid kitchen tiles and hardwood throughout living room and bedrooms, installed kitchen sink from Lowes and built a 30' deck on the front of the house. Excellent work! You will not be disappointed with the craftsmanship of their work. It's hard to find a company you can trust, with first class quality work. Dave is extremely polite and very tidy. Dave re-did my stairs. The old carpet was removed and lovely oak was installed. It looks wonderful! The work was done by AJ who worked hard to create a wonderful new look. I highly recommend this company for the excellent attention to details!

After 2 years in the 25-year-old picture-perfect bungalow we purchased, we had a list of “irritants”, “repairs”, and renovations which loomed large in our minds. After the pen-to-paper exercise, it was time to get real – how much would this work cost and who would want to undertake such an eclectic list of ideas and what-ifs? During a walk around the neighbourhood, a lawn sign attracted our attention and led us to “our guy”- Dave Albert.
